2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interprets and applies company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
