Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a competitive salary starting from $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform tasks accurately within company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely per guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
