2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour and 30-35 hours per week.

Shift Schedule

Join one of the following schedules: A1, A2, B, C, D based on your availability and preference.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
