Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently managing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Load, organize, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
