2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, along with various scheduling options to accommodate different preferences. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely shipments. In addition to performance duties, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, contributing to process improvements and maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load/unload shipments and prepare for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and engage in physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
