2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring our products are received, selected, and delivered effectively to our stores for our growing customer base. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Assist warehouse management in achieving goals and process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures, hot and cold, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
