2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operations ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our dynamic team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive training and safety measures in place for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, frequently move merchandise, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
