2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations by ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers to enjoy. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with comprehensive training provided to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Job type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
