Job Description: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, warehouse cleaning, inventory count, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety.
• Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, basic arithmetic ability, attention to detail, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
