2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM and offers various schedule options, including A1, A2, B, C, and D.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
