Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in our warehouse environment. The starting wage is $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse operations are crucial for ensuring the efficient receiving, selecting, and delivery of products to our stores, providing our customers with high-quality products. As a warehouse package handler, you will play a key role in relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and contributing to inventory processes. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to enhance warehouse processes and achieve operational goals. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies related to conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
