Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse operations focus on efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

To work at ALDI, candidates must be 18 years or older and demonstrate key competencies including conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in various temperature environments.
