2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of products up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, and operation of equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
