2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a full-time team member, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
