Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Package Handler, your main responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input for process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. The role requires physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment safely, and work efficiently in various temperatures. Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
