Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers opportunities in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
