2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with the team.
• Adaptable, positive attitude with a drive for success.
• Ability to organize and perform tasks efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on various heights.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
