2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
