2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. A successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to management for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and collaboration.
• Adapts positively to challenges and change.
• Drives for success and organizes tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
