2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dedicated team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
