2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain a productive and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform all tasks accurately, following company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
