2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide input to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientious work ethic, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
