2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the timely preparation of shipments. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in various environmental conditions.
