2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments, providing a dynamic workplace for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
