2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise in the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
