2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, stored, and prepared for delivery to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
