2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our stores receive the products needed to serve our customers. You will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise in our warehouse. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
