2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position requires working 30-35 hours per week, and the starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and following instructions.
