2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
