2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. The ideal candidate should be able to perform duties effectively, maintain warehouse standards, and contribute to improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
