2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, including stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, inventory management, and general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
