2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately.
• Move and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds.
