2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies outlined by ALDI.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Physically able to perform warehouse tasks.
