2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Your responsibilities will include efficiently receiving and selecting stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with your team and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
