2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base.

Position Type:

Part-Time, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week.

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Capable of interpreting and applying company policies with excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment. Work in varying temperatures and environments.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
