2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve budget goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.

• Work in various temperature environments and operate equipment safely.
