2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. You will work with a dedicated team in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and perform physical warehouse tasks.
