Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and distributing products to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
