2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Follow company policies and procedures efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
