2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. Your role will involve following warehouse procedures, ensuring product quality and safety, and contributing to the team's success through your commitment and efficiency.

Starting Wage

Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift

2nd Shift - 3:00pm start time

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Works both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Works both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend with 2 weekdays off.
• Schedule D: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.

Job Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Perform within ALDI Acts competencies such as conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
