2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Independently make decisions and achieve budgeted goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures while operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
