Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As part of the warehouse operation, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, fulfilling orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise using proper handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform tasks with or without accommodation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
