2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As a valued member of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
