Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, and preparing merchandise efficiently. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team to ensure the warehouse meets operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvement to the warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and support budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
