Job Description

We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively and provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform tasks involving bending, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and more.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
