3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers an average of less than 30 hours per week and starts at $27.25 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate industrial equipment.
