3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shipping schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules to fulfill store inventory needs.
• Supervise staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with 3rd party partners, service providers, and vendors.
• Lead inspections of inbound deliveries and order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment, operate equipment safely, and address safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
