Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the Aldi team. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including scheduling, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will be responsible for developing action plans to enhance operational results and foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate job activities of direct reports and oversee product receiving and shipping.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Lead and facilitate warehouse meetings, train, and develop direct reports.
• Monitor safety, compliance with regulations, and manage controllable expenses.

Requirements

• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, lift and place products, and stay organized.
