Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines. This is a full-time position with an average of 45 hours per week and a starting salary of $85,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and adjust daily work schedules based on warehouse needs.
- Coordinate and supervise tasks of warehouse personnel.
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational outcomes.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to employees.
- Collaborate with divisional teams and management.
- Provide input for operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead warehouse meetings and facilitate team training.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Work in varying temperatures; lift up to 45 pounds.
- Stand, sit, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
