ABF Freight, a subsidiary of ArcBest, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the leading LTL carriers in the country. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring timely and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks to workers according to schedules and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on collaboration and excellence.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
